No problem! Just notify us at least 10 days before the last lesson of your current cycle. For example, if your last class for the cycle is 30/1, you need to let us know by 20/1 to cancel before the new cycle. If you cancel within 10 days of the last lesson of your current cycle, your enrolment will be canceled after the new cycle starts.

Every class should have a minimum of 2 attendees registered before class is able to proceed. Should there be only 2 participants, 1h classes will proceed as per normal while 2h classes will be reduced to 1 hour and conducted as a pair class. Should you be the only one enrolled for the class, the class will be automatically cancelled by court reserve and we will extend your cycle by one week. This way, you won’t need to worry about finding a make-up class since it was a cancellation due to low numbers. However, should you wish to makeup for that class on another day that week, the cycle will continue as per normal. All our classes will cater up to a maximum of 12 players on 2 courts. This allows us to maximise both learning and rest time through rotations while allowing everyone to play against different players.

1 hour Cardio Pickle, Drills & Thrills and Sunrise Pickle sessions are catered to picklers on a time crunch! The classes are designed to get you pickleball fix you’ve been craving while remaining quick, succinct and efficient. 1 hour development classes are focused solely on technical instruction while 2 hour development classes dive deeper into the tactical importance of the skill as well as guided gameplay.

In the event a class is canceled due to a private event or if the coach is unable to make it, we will extend your cycle by one week. This way, you won’t need to worry about finding a make-up class since it was a cancellation by us. However, should you wish to makeup for that class on another day that week, the cycle will continue as per normal.

Enrollment necessitates that one attends a specific class as regularly as possible. Coaches have put in the time to programme sessions a certain way to maximise progress. Should one be deemed as abusing the enrolment to attend many different classes without honouring their regular class commitment, the enrolment will cease immediately.

Enrolment means you will be automatically enrolled in the classes of your choice on a weekly basis. This eliminates the need to book and pay for each class individually, encouraging regular attendance. By doing so, you will benefit from the progressive training planned by our coaches.

No, enrolment is designed to promote regular attendance and ensure proper planning and programming of classes. Therefore, sharing is not allowed. However, you are welcome to sign up with a friend!

A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, with flexible payment options available on a monthly or quarterly basis. We've made enrollment more affordable to encourage commitment, as it leads to better results and helps us optimize our lesson programming. By committing, you'll enjoy significant cost savings and added convenience. If you're unable to commit to the enrolment, then we highly suggest you drop in for individual classes, which can be easily booked through the Court Reserve app. If your coach believes you're ready, they may recommend advancing to a higher-level group.

Yes, we offer you the flexibility to pause your enrolment. If you need to be away for travel or work, simply text us one week in advance to pause your membership. You can pause up to 2 times per quarter, with each pause lasting either 1 or 2 weeks. If you need to be away for a month, you will use up two pauses totaling 4 weeks.

We understand that plans can change. Simply cancel at least 72 hours before the class starts, and you will be credited the hours, which can be used within 3 months of the cycle, as long as your enrolment is still active. For example, if you cancel a 2-hour class, you can either join another 2-hour class or two 1-hour classes. Any adult group class can be used for make-up sessions. Once you cancel your enrollment, the rollover hours will no longer be valid.

At Performance Pickleball, we've invested in the best quality professional hard-court pickleball flooring for both our courts and lounge area, and we work hard to keep the entire facility in excellent condition. To maintain hygiene standards and prevent spills or stains, we strictly prohibit the consumption of outside food and drinks. This policy also protects you, as cleaning any stains will be costly. If you're planning to have food and drinks for an event, please note that this requires booking as a private event. We will provide separate guidance regarding food and beverage arrangements.
